For us, privacy of our valued customer is very important. We strongly believe that the personal information of our customers should not be shared with a third party without the prior consent or request from the customer. Privacy is the right of an individual and at Mirabella, the information of the customer such as contact no., email, addresses etc is used only for internal purposes and not for sale. Your contact information is stored in our database and is only used to contact you during the course of your shopping with us – for sharing the status of your account activation, new order bookings, order status and delivery with us and for announcement of our latest deals and news, etc. We at Mirabella condemn the unauthorized reach and misuse and/or disclosure of the personal information of the customer and we have strict guidelines and high security features to prevent the same. Any changes in our ‘Privacy Policy’ will be posted here on the website.

1. SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS

All visitors to our website should please take note that your name, email address and other personal information submitted on our website may be stored with us and may also appear on the website. Like other platforms, our server log files also receive general information such as IP address of the visitor, cookie etc. For financial transactions by credit card, we use a 3rd party secure payment gateways provided by “PayU” and “Paytm” and the credit card details are not stored with Mirabella. Instead the information is securely stored and encrypted with Visa/MasterCard.

We use “Cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. “Cookies” are tiny text files which our Website places on your computer’s hard drive or mobile’s storage to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer or mobile device.

3. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via VISA/Mastercard/RuPay Credit and Debit Cards, American Express, Net Banking and 6 Mobile Wallets including PayU, MobiQuick, Paytm and 3 others. We do not accept payments via Cheque, Demand Draft, ATM, Inter-bank transfers or any other means.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if you have an unsatisfactory experience. We assure our customers a seamless and smooth Return & Exchange experience for all items purchased from us, provided all the following conditions are met :

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
  • Clearance item(s) are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

If any of the above conditions is not met, we will be unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds.

4.1 VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 7 days of receiving orders from Mirabella.

4.2 EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE
4.2.1 All requests for returns of prepaid orders will be refunded back to the original mode of payment.
4.2.2 Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be made to the customer’s bank account. The COD refund will be initiated once the customer furnishes their bank account details to us and the same will be processed in 10-14 working days.
4.2.3 Once the refund/exchange is initiated by the customer, our logistics partner will pick-up the item from the customer’s address within 5-7 business days. Upon receipt of the item at our warehouse, we shall ship the replacement item (incase of an exchange).
4.2.4 Return/Exchanges initiated by a customer living in a non-serviceable pin code (Pincodes where shipment cannot be picked by our logistics partners for return/exchange) will need to shipped by the customer themselves. We will reimburse the shipping charges borne by the customer once we receive the item at our warehouse.
4.2.5 If any of the products received by the customer is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, Mirabella will bear the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) back to the customer. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
4.2.6 Refund for item/items purchased under a combo discount offer (discounts that are offered on order of 3 or more items) shall be returned after deducting the total discount availed by the customer on that order.
4.2.7 We allow free exchange for an item only once. Repeat exchange will charged.

4.3 OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
4.3.1 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
4.3.2 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear or mishandling of a product.
4.3.3 Mirabella makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
4.3.4 All decisions made by Mirabella are final.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

5.1 SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Mirabella, we provide FREE Standard delivery to all pin codes of India that are within our serviceable area. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and any area restricted by the Govt. of India.
Currently, we’re operating and delivering products within India with our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. You may enter your pin code on the product page to check if we deliver to your pincode.

5.2 ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed shall be shipped from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) from our warehouse and will be processed within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your Tracking Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery if nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
